Spring Care

The delivery of the ordered goods/services will take three working days from the payment date.

By purchasing a product through the e-store, you give your consent to enter into a distance sales contract regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

The delivery fee is determined solely by the courier, and we do not add any extra charges for transportation, beyond the courier's announced prices. For orders exceeding BGN 80, the delivery is fully covered by us.

Each of our customers has the right to inspect the contents of the package in front of a courier employee before accepting the delivery. If any inconsistencies are found, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellation and return of a shipment:

• The product(s) should not be damaged in terms of integrity, functionality, or appearance. There should be no visible scratches or signs of use.
• The packaging(s) should be in the same condition as they were received, with all packaging and elements intact, including documentation, electronic media, and product package elements.
• Stickers (including license and warranty) and protective foils placed by the manufacturer on the product, accompanying accessories, and packaging must not be removed or damaged.
• No changes should be made that would disrupt the proper functioning of the product. For products with destructible packaging (e.g., blister type), the packaging must not be opened if it cannot be returned to its original state.
